Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TradeLog. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CaibneTik Apps ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the TradeLog mobile application ("App"). These Terms apply to all users of the App.
TradeLog is a personal trading journal application for Android that allows users to:
⚠️ TradeLog is a record-keeping and analysis tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance data displayed in the App does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions.
CaibneTik Apps is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. We do not recommend or endorse any specific securities, trading strategies, or investment products. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
To activate a Pro license using a license code, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
Pro license codes are issued by CaibneTik Apps or authorized partners. Each code may only be redeemed once and is non-transferable. Attempting to share, resell, or circumvent license validation is a violation of these Terms and may result in license revocation.
TradeLog Pro is also available as a monthly subscription through Google Play. Subscriptions are governed by Google Play's terms of service. You may cancel at any time through the Google Play Store. Upon cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
New users receive a 14-day full-access trial of all Pro features. No payment or credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial period, Pro features are restricted unless a valid subscription or license code is active.
You agree not to:
TradeLog and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by CaibneTik Apps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your trading data belongs to you. CaibneTik Apps makes no claim of ownership over any data you enter into the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Use of the Google Drive backup feature is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. CaibneTik Apps is not responsible for the availability, security, or conduct of third-party services. If Google Drive services are disrupted, we are not liable for any data loss.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAIBNETIK APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON INFORMATION DISPLAYED BY THE APP.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaibneTik Apps and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, at our election.

Para activar una licencia Pro usando un código de licencia, debes iniciar sesión con una cuenta de Google. Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de las credenciales de tu cuenta de Google.
Los códigos de licencia Pro son emitidos por CaibneTik Apps o socios autorizados. Cada código solo puede canjearse una vez y no es transferible. Intentar compartir, revender o eludir la validación de licencia es una violación de estos Términos y puede resultar en la revocación de la licencia.
TradeLog Pro también está disponible como suscripción mensual a través de Google Play. Las suscripciones se rigen por los términos de servicio de Google Play. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento a través de Google Play Store. Al cancelar, las funciones Pro permanecen activas hasta el final del período de facturación actual.

Se te otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la App con fines personales y no comerciales.
Tus datos de trading te pertenecen. CaibneTik Apps no reclama propiedad alguna sobre los datos que ingreses en la App.
Tu uso de la App también se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, que se incorpora a estos Términos por referencia. Al usar la App, consientes las prácticas de datos descritas en la Política de Privacidad.
El uso de la función de backup de Google Drive está sujeto a los Términos de Servicio y la Política de Privacidad de Google. CaibneTik Apps no es responsable de la disponibilidad, seguridad o conducta de servicios de terceros. Si los servicios de Google Drive se interrumpen, no somos responsables de ninguna pérdida de datos.

Nuestra responsabilidad total hacia ti por cualquier reclamación no excederá el monto que pagaste por la App en los doce (12) meses anteriores a la reclamación.
Aceptas indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a CaibneTik Apps y sus afiliados de cualquier reclamación, daño, pérdida o gasto que surja de tu uso de la App, violación de estos Términos o infracción de derechos de terceros.
